I am a graduate of the professional healing course at the College of Psychic Studies, a member of the Confederation of Healing Organisations (CHO).

I have reached the advanced level of the shamanic healing course taught by Terry and Natalia O’Sullivan which includes past life healing, ancestral clearing, spirit release and land healing. I have also studied reiki, reflexology, anatomy and physiology, nutrition, kinesiology, massage, psychic development, EFT, Deep Memory Process, family constellations, meditation and counselling.

I have been practicing yoga regularly since 1992.

I am a regular volunteer at The Royal Hospital Chelsea (where my oldest client was 94).

I am the co-author of two books about making families happier, and have written about health and family matters for a variety of publications including The Daily Mail, The Sunday Times, The Evening Standard and Vogue.  I live with my husband and four children in London and Worcestershire.
